Start of the Season To Do List: 

Please review and save the following list of reminders: 
1.)  Print a Final Report Card for your Child as this is a requirement to have on file with Pop Warner Have your Physical complete by August 1st (form is located on our website) - Liberty Urgent Care on Horsham Road is one of our sponsors - give them a try! 
2.)  Hawks supplies Helmet and Shoulder Pads, players need to supply the integrated / padded Football Pants (Black) and Mouth guard (Black or Red preferred).  NOTE:  Aug 21st 20% off at Dick's ( tell them you are with the Hawks) 
3.)  When you show up for practice on August 1st, you will need to have the following 3 items:  1.) Report Card, 2.) Physical Form, 3.) Player / Parent Consent Form.
