The Flag Football Cheer program is offered to children ages 5 – 15. Cheerleaders will have the opportunity to be physically active while learning basic cheerleading techniques in a team environment. Questions regarding the program can be sent to [email protected].

Registration is open NOW, at an 'Early Hawk' discount rate until the end of the calendar year.

From now until December 31st, parents can take advantage of $25 off of registration. Thereafter, registration will continue to be open until February 21st. An extended registration period will be open through February 28th, 2026 with a LATE FEE of $25 per player. Space is limited and a waitlist will be started as divisions fill so we recommend that you register early to guarantee your child's spot! Division placement for age based divisions is determined based upon players age as of 3/31/2026.

Volunteers make our season possible, so we are implementing a volunteer fee of $75 per family this season. Charged in addition to registration, all families that volunteer will be refunded this fee at the end of the season. This includes head coaches, assistant coaches, snack stand volunteers and line painting.

The program is subject to cancellation if we do not have enough volunteer coaches. The Hawks has a strong commitment to supporting our volunteer coaches and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have about taking on the challenge of coaching. A cheerleading shirt with last name on the back, bow, and poms are included in the registration fee.

REFUND POLICY: We offer a 100% refund if we are unable to secure volunteers to run a successful season.

Dependent on the number of registrants, teams will be formed based on age and will cheer for similarly aged teams.

Regular season games will be held on Saturday afternoons and early evenings. Practices will be held one night a week depending on volunteer availability.

About Hawks Cheer Programs

The Hawks cheerleading team is a member of the Bux-Mont Youth Cheerleading League for girls between the ages of 5-15. The Bux-Mont Youth League exists to promote and sponsor a Pop Warner youth program of competitive age cheerleading combined with the teaching, training and supervision of the ideals of sportsmanship, teamwork, scholarship and development of good character.
