2022 Fall Cheer

This year, we are offering the following registration options.

Non-Competition – The non-competition program is designed for ages 5, 6, 7 & 8 (as of 8/1/2022) with a focus on introducing first time participants to the sport of cheer and learning and/or building on cheer fundamentals including cheers, chants, drills, and basic stunting and tumbling. Non-competition teams will perform sideline cheer and dance routines at football games and have an opportunity to showcase their routine during the annual Bux-mont Classic competition (October) to gain competition experience and expose cheerleaders to larger performance arenas in a more relaxed setting. This program is dedicated to learning and will continue to grow and build on their skills throughout the season.
Competition - The competition program is available for ages of 9 to 15 (as of 8/1/2022). In this program, the cheerleaders will have the same opportunity to learn cheers and participate in sideline cheer and dances as the non-competition team, but will focus on the more advanced facets of cheerleading including learning competition routines along with stunting and tumbling. Competition teams will perform half time routines which they will build on as part of their competition routine. The competition teams will participate in the annual Bux-mont cheer competition (October) and top finishers of the Bux-mont competition will have the opportunity to advance to the PopWarner Eastern Regional competition (November) with the ultimate goal of advancing to the national competition in Florida (December.)  These team may also have the opportunity to compete beyond the regular season.   Competition teams do not require previous cheer or dance experience in order to participate.
