2024 Registration Information - Tackle Football

The Hatboro Horsham Hawks organization is excited to open registration for our Fall 2024 Tackle Football Season. The Hawks are members of the Bux-Mont Youth Football Association which is the largest League within the Pop Warner organization in the United States.

Safety is the #1 priority that Coaching staffs will focus on. The Hawks certify every Coach on the field through an extensive USA Football Certification course annually and every coach and volunteer is required to pass all background checks before participating in practice and games. In addition to these certifications, many of our coaches take part in training during the offseason to sharpen their coaching skills and football IQ.

2024 Tackle Football

The Hawks will be working to fill teams in following divisions for Fall 2024. Per Pop Warner a child's age on July 31st is his/her age for the season. Teams may be adjusted based on enrollment numbers.

7U Rookie (6,7 year olds)
8U (7.8 year olds)
9U (8,9 year olds)
10U (9,10 year olds)
12U (12 year olds)

7U (Rookie Tackle) is geared towards first time tackle players and is a bridge between Flag and Tackle. This is full contact with helmet and Pads. It is played on a smaller field in a 7 v 7 format. All of these divisions will begin practice on August 1st, 2024. Practices are 4 days per week during August leading up to the start of school. Once school starts, practices are reduced to 2 nights per week.

As you go through the registration process, there is an option to select a Game Jersey for 2024. The Game Jersey used will be identical to the Jersey used in 2023. If your player's Jersey still fits, you can use that one. If you would like a new Jersey, please indicate and pay the $70.00 Jersey fee through registration.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to complete registration, you will need to upload a clear PROFILE PICTURE of your player along with their BIRTH CERTIFICATE. These are required by Bux Mont. You do not need to upload doctor signature, medical history, player contract, or report card to complete registration. However, they will be required later.

We are implementing a volunteer fee of $75.00 per player this season. All families that volunteer a set amount of shifts (to be determined based on team size) will be refunded this fee. The Hawks organization relies heavily on our volunteers, especially during tackle season. We need 10 volunteers for every home game, and 4 for away games in addition to our head and assistant coaches. More information will be sent to registered families with opportunities to volunteer prior to the start of the season.

Registration closes on JUNE 16, 2024. This allows us time to order jerseys and equipment. We will offer a late registration extension through JUNE 30, 2024.

Note: There will be no refunds issued after July 31st and no refunds at any time on purchased Game Jerseys.
